As a parent, at first, I wasn’t worried about the amount of “stuff” coming in to our home. But, after many holidays, parties, and lots of events, I became overwhelmed by the “stuff.” The bigger problem was that I personally was emotionally attached to particular items (“oh, that plush giraffe came from your grandmother, so we can’t get rid of it”). I found myself unable to sort through the bins of stuffed animals, dolls (and endless accessories), Legos, toys, games, play jewelry, books, crafts and school supplies. I know that you cannot organize clutter, but I couldn’t determine what the clutter was. JL came to the rescue. She helped my 8-year-old daughter sort through EVERYTHING in her room, and organize it all in a way that was accessible to use and easy to put away when she was done. My daughter has been using the tips from JL to stay organized. We have lots of other problem areas in our house, and I’m looking forward to working with JL again.

JL is a miracle worker! I kept meaning to reorganize my office and my kitchen, but the task seemed so daunting that i would get overwhelmed and give up. JL was so detail oriented and diligent- she took her time and thoughtfully worked for hours to make sense of my mess. She consulted me throughout the process to ensure I known where everything was an it made sense to me. My fiancé, who was reluctant at first to let someone “touch his stuff,” was thrilled with the outcome. We love what JL did with our space!
